We got Kynlee this hippo float toy she loves it!! She loves to hot tub! The weather is crazy one day it's cold the next it's hot, there is no in between here.. We get winter and summer no spring I guess this year. It was very very warm today! I love it though!

Kynlee and I are still at my parents house in Randolph, Britton came Friday night and then left Sunday night, we are still here and loving it! Britton and my dad went snowmobiling on Saturday it was fun for them. Kynlee is having a blast here and loves to see the cows and baby calves. She says moo every time we see the cows and will point at them. She is talking a lot and saying a bunch of new words.


Kynlee walked from one chair to the other clear across my mom's living room. She went a long ways on her own! I am so proud of her! I can't tell you how good of a baby she is! No one else can believe it either! She is just such a contented baby! Just like me when I was a baby my mom says!! I have been so very blessed!

Our real estate investing is going great!!! We stay busy with it, I have learned so much I call the banks and I am shortsaling the newest houses we got. We will hear from the banks within a few more weeks, then we will be able to sell the three that we have for sale once we get the numbers all figured out. We already have a buyer for one house and the other two we have a lot of people interested in them. We are working on three other ones that we will be shortsaling also, we just need to get all the paperwork done and sent in. We also have a buyer for one of these houses too. So here very soon they will all sale and then things will be even better. It's going great! Things are finally working out!

This weather sucks! Britton has been off work because of it, but that's nice too cuz we make more money buying and selling houses anyways so it gives us more time to look for houses and do that! He doesn't work as a foreman mason much anymore and pretty soon he will be a full time investor once all these houses sell!! I am so glad we found this business, because of it Britton will be able to retire/quit his job and be with his family here very soon! He has already been able to cut back on hours a lot. He will be able to see Kynlee and our other kids, go to the park with them, go on vacations all that fun stuff and not worry about a job and missing work and stuff. I can't tell you how much it has changed our lives it's such a blessing! The lord sure is helping us find all these deals and making things work out for us! I sure believe in paying tithing everytime I pay it we get a call about a house or we get a person calling wanting our help to get them out of a hole or whatever.. Also we are healthy, we haven't been in accidents, Kynlee is very healthy, she is such a good baby.. etc.. We always have enough money and never have to worry all because of the lord!! He has sure blessed my family!! We enjoy helping people and we truly do because we save them from bankruptcy and/or foreclosure and we save their credit and all that good stuff it's a great feeling knowing that we have the knowledge and education to help these people, things happen and they get in a ruff spot but we are able to pull them back out of it again! I don't think people really understand what we are doing they don't know what our business is like, because they haven't been to a briefing to explain about it...

We get our tax returns Friday I am so excited about that too!!!! LOL :)

Sorry I just wanted to post how blessed and lucky I am!! (I AM NOT TRYING TO BRAG I HOPE NO ONE GETS OFFENDED BY THIS POST! I AM NOT TRYING TO THINK I AM BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT!!!!!)

THE EASTER BUNNY FOUND KYNLEE!!!! WE SPENT EASTER IN RANDOLPH WITH MY FAMILY. Kynlee got dishes, doll, purse with toys, fruit and veg stand and bag, clothes, pjs, dresses, backpack, duck, bunny, candy, books, bubbles, play food, chalk, towel, etc... I can't remember the rest.... Kynlee had fun finding the easter eggs we hide at my parent's house. All the kids enjoyed that. They had candy and money in the eggs! She loved finding the egg then to see what is inside and she loves candy.

We dyed eggs last night for Kynlee. She didn't know what to think of them. I think Britton had more fun then she did, but it was fun anyways. They were cute, not all of them turned out very good, they were glitter ones but the glitter ran out after these ones so the other ones aren't so cute. Britton is so cute with Kynlee, he is such a good daddy to her!

13 month stats

I took Kynlee to the doctor today just to get a weight check the doctor wants me to bring her in every 3 weeks. She weighs 18 lbs 8 oz so she is in the 7% now, she gained a whole pound in one month! She is 13 months old the doctor tells me all the time how healthy and a good baby she is, she never fights him when he is checking her ears or mouth or whatever she just sits there. She is very healthy had one little cold and roseola in 13 months of life I can't believe how healthy she is! I sure believe in breast feeding I know that is why she is so healthy!! The doctor says she talks really good for 13 months old. She answers my ?'s with ya or no and she knows what no means when I tell her to come here or stop playing with that she will come to me. She knows what eat is and when she is hungry she will tell me. She says mama and daddy. She says what, good, yum, etc.. She is so happy all the time she is such a good baby. She loves people (don't know where that came from cuz Britton and I are both a little on the shy side) but Kynlee isn't she is very outgoing and wants everyone to pay attention to her and in the stores she is so funny she will get people's attention and talk to them. She is so tiny I have a hard time finding clothes to fit! Her top two teeth are about to push through I can see them! 13 months and only has 2 teeth almost 4... the doctor says their teeth are healthier if it takes longer for them to come in.. so I am glad I sure hope she has good healthy teeth! We brush them she loves that, and we give her fluoride. She loves medicine! She won't drink plain milk so we put strawberry in her milk and then she loves it, but she doesn't like chocolate in her milk. The doctor has me feeding her 6 meals a day so it's so hard to find stuff for her to eat.

I have a question for anyone that wants to answer it.. I have a hard time finding things to feed Kynlee she will eat anything but she only has 4 front teeth so some things are hard for her to eat, even though she chews really well for no teeth. What did everyone feed their kid at this point??? I feel like all I give her is eggs, mashed potatoes, pasta, pancakes, yogurt, pudding, mac n cheese, spaghetti o's etc.. we still do a lot of baby food but there is only so many different kinds I get sick of feeding her the same flavors over and over. She doesn't mind but I wish there was more out there to feed her. ??????

Friday night I watched my friend Ashley's two kids, so I had Ella a 3 year old, and Rhyder a 2 year old and Kynlee a one year old. It was fun Kynlee loves playing with Ella and Rhyder they were really good kids! Kynlee is busy busy wants to be down playing and into everything I moved a few things around in my house cuz she kept getting into it.

Saturday we went to Montpelier we finally got our taxes done. We were waiting for papers from a bank to do them and never received them so we finally just did our taxes. We spent the weekend there with Britton's family. We watched conference Saturday and Sunday and then visited with Britton's grandpa Sommer and grandma Jacobson it was fun. When we would just drive around Montpelier we put Kynlee in her car seat but didn't seat belt her in but now we gotta because she has figured out how to turn around in her seat and see mom and dad in the front seat so she gets out and stands there it was cute but now we can't do that anymore. She is just learning more and more each day she is very smart and talks a lot. Here are just a few pictures....

SHE SAYS YES OR NO WHEN I ASK HER THINGS. SHE WON'T DRINK PLAIN MILK OR CHOCOLATE BUT IF I PUT STRAWBERRY IN IT SHE WILL DRINK HER MILK. SHE GETS INTO EVERYTHING BUT IS SO MUCH FUN! SHE TAKES HER DIAPER OFF WHEN SHE NEEDS CHANGED SHE LIKES TO HELP MOM (SHE THINKS IT'S HELPING MOM)
