Kynlee went to nursery today for the first time! The workers said she did excellent! We knew she would, I don't know where she came from Britton and I are so shy and she is so outgoing and has to be involved in everything. It was defiantly harder on mom then Kynlee I had to keep going and peaking in the window of the room to check on her! She loved it and did so good!

She says please and thank you now she is so cute! She is loving the potty thing..

Almost 18 months old and can still fit in her infant carseat! craziness! It will hold up to 22 pounds and she is only 19 so I guess she could still use it, but we don't, we have another one but Britton took my car so we used this one in the truck, but we are going to get another one for the truck



Kynlee and I went to Randolph to stay with my parents for a week again. We go there a lot and stay! Kynlee loves grandma and grandpa. She learned so many new things while we were there my mom taught her to say "drink" and "puppy" "thank you" and a bunch more! Kynlee loves shoes and socks. last Friday my whole family went to the lake it was really fun we rode in the boat Kynlee loved that and we got pulled behind it on tubes it was so fun! And of course we went and saw grandma great Eastman!

Yesterday we went to Ogden to see Alisa and her girls! It was fun to shop and hang out! Kynlee is such a good girl while shopping all day with no nap still excellent!! She fell out of the car on the gravel and it cut her head and burned it. She hasn't really had a lot of cuts or bumps on her head so this was the first big one! I can't believe she is almost 18 months old!!!

The house we sold today!! We got a full price offer awesome!!!


We sold one of our houses today!!!!!! We got a full price offer today on it! The economy isn't as bad as everything thinks.... We are doing great!

Got Kynlee weighted and she now weighs 19 1/2 pounds and 30 inches at 17 1/2 months old! She says potty when she is going and loves her Dora toilet. She is still my baby I can't believe she is wanting to go potty in the toilet!!! :)

Yesterday I went with my parents to Ogden and saw Alisa's baby Kaiyslee and then my mom and I shopped til we dropped! I have the best daughter in the world I bet no one else could say that their baby at 17 months old would shop all day long with only one tiny cat nap in one store and be as good as can be!! And not just today every time I take her shopping she is so good, she doesn't throw fits she doesn't need out of the basket nothing just as good as ever! She doesn't have to have a toy or a treat but she sure loves toys and treats! I bought her a push pop thing and boy did she love that thing! She is so content with the littlest things or nothing at all! I just can't believe this kid!!!! She stays in the basket and is so good in every store! She loves to shop! I taught her at a young age!! My mom rants and raves about how good she is and can't believe that kid, she says she has never seen a baby that good, her kids were good but not that good! This kid will eat anything too! She loves to have "more" of anything anyone is eating or drinking. She loves pop! She is soo good! I am so lucky and blessed! I truly have the best daughter in the world! I got her a bunch of winter clothes and fun stuff it was a fun day!
She says "pampa" and "mamma" for grandpa and grandma.

P.s. these are phone pictures again...easier than getting my camera out of the diaper bag but not as good of pictures! o and we own 2 more houses this week while being out of town that's how good things are going!! We went to the Jr rodeo here to watch my nephew it was fun Kynlee liked to see all the animals and sat on my lap the whole time and watched it!

We met September 6th 2002 in Montpelier, my friend was dating his friend and they introduced us. I was 17 years old!! I was supposed to meet two different guys that day and pick which one I wanted! Well that wasn't hard! I picked the right one! We got engaged in April 2004 so it was 1 1/2 years we dated. We got our endowments out August 7th, 2004 in the Logan temple! We got married August 12, 2004 in the Idaho Falls temple for all eternity!!!!! We had two receptions one in Randolph and one in Montpelier. We then went to Las Vegas for our honeymoon. We then moved to Chubbuck Idaho and rented a town home for 4 months and then we bought our first house in Pocatello, Idaho December 2005. We lived there for almost 4 years, we then moved into another house in November 2008. We are still living there it's been almost a year! We have been through a lot together. Britton worked out of town in Nevada for the first year of our marriage and I told him either quit or I'm gone.. :) so of course he quit and got another job which was way better all the way around. He worked there for almost 4 years and they went bankrupt so he got laid off. We went on a second honeymoon to San Diego. We had our daughter Kynlee Renae March 4th, 2008. We got introduced to Nouveua Riche in November 2007, it has changed our lives for the better. It's an investing college that teaches you how to invest. We have our own company Sommer Financial Solutions, LLC where we buy and sell houses. We currently own 9 houses it's going so good for us! So Britton just runs the company and doesn't have to work an 8-5 job! And I get to be a mommy! Things are going just great for us! We love our life, we are very proud for what we have accomplished in our lives!

This is a terrible picture but this is some of his class mates that came to the reunion a lot of the class thought they were too good to come to a reunion I guess cuz not many showed up!

We went to Britton's 10 year high school reunion on last Saturday the 8th. It was fun! It was neat to meet all his high school buddies and stuff put a face with the name I always hear about. It was fun then they had a nice dinner and slide show. We enjoyed ourselves! I forgot my camera... that never happens!!

Today Kynlee and I went to Seven peaks water park in Provo with my sister's Jaime and Angela and their kids. It was a lot of fun! Kynlee had a blast she loves the water! My camera battery died so I only got a few pictures.. then I had to use my phone not quite as good.

My friend Alisa had her 2nd baby girl today! Her name is Kaiyslee Alisa and weighted 6lbs and 18 1/2 inches long. She's a cutie! They are doing great. Kaiyslee didn't want to come out so they started Alisa today and she was 39 1/2 weeks pregnant.
