kynlee's weight and car seat?

I took Kynlee in today to get her weighted she is 16 pounds now. She was 15 lbs 8 oz on Dec 16th so she is gaining a little.

I have a question for everyone???

When did you put your kid in the next size car seat? Did everyone wait until their kid was 1 year and 20 pounds?? I also can't decide if I should buy a pink cute car seat or get a blue one that can be for a boy or a girl so then when or if I have boys I can use it???

Since we will be gone for Christmas we had Kynlee open her presents tonight it was so much fun she did so good. She loved eating the paper and ripping it and she loved the toy she did really really good. It was so much fun she got so excited. She would smile, giggle and just be so happy. She loved all her toys it'll take some time to play with all of them.

kynlee's first tooth

Kynlee has her first tooth! Britton found it tonight, it's her bottom left one it's just barely showing but it's so cute and very sharp!!

Kynlee is 9 1/2 months old today!! I can't believe how the time flies!

I took Kynlee in to get a weight check and she is now 15 lbs 8 oz so she gained 1 oz in 11 days, they said she is still way under but she is at least gaining and not loosing so I guess that part is good. She is 25 1/2 inches long.

We got a lot of snow today so I went out and shelved the driveway and sidewalks (which I don't know why I did it's still snowing and they will be covered again in the morning but it was good exercise I guess) and Kynlee played in the snow and watched me. She loved it but it was way too cold to stay out very long.

Saturday we had my niece Paige's bday party she was one year! Then Sunday we had my family Christmas party it was a lot of fun!! Kynlee got to open a present and she had a blast but she just wanted to eat the paper but she knows how to rip it open already it's so cute! We got a lot of snow too it's great!

Tonight we went to our new wards Christmas party it was really fun. We had Thai food for dinner it was very interesting. I have had it before but it's weird every time, but it's nice to have a change. Everybody was so nice in our new ward and loved Kynlee! We met a lot of new people tonight as we did last Sunday at church too.

Also today my niece Paige Noel is one years old!!!

So the doctor finally called me today. The celiac test came back that she is a 15 and the normal is 16. So she is a little bit under which means she is on the verge of having celiac disease. The doc wants to test her again in 4 months, and if she keeps going down then she has it, but if she goes up then she doesn't have it. I am supposed to get her weighted every 10 days and make sure she gains and not looses weight. So overall I guess it's good news we will just pray it goes up not down on the next test. I'm just supposed to feed her a lot more and get her weight to come up. I am going to continue to nurse, I have been having a hard time with deciding what to do but I feel like this is best for her and I will continue to feed her more solids.

Kynlee doc

I took Kynlee back to the doctor today and he did blood work; I was so sad cuz they couldn't find a vein and they poked her a few times it was sad. They never can find one on me either.. Anyways he wants to check for Celiac disease and check her thyroid. I will get the results on Monday. My mom and sister were diagnosed with Celiac and then they got tested again a year later and didn't have it, but they had to follow a special diet and not have any wheat all gluten free stuff. The docs thought I had it a while back too cuz I have a lot of stomach problems but I have never been tested so I might have it who knows. Anyways I am also supposed to feed her more solid food and less milk. The breast morning and night and baby food the rest of the day. He said I might loose my milk only doing it twice a day so if so I will do formula morning and night until she is a year. He wants me to continue to breast feed as much as possible cuz it has antibodies in the milk to fight off sickness for the winter, I hope I don't loose my milk but we will see. The doctor said they are doing a bunch more studies on the formula and more and more it's not as good as breast milk so I hope I can continue to feed her the breast for 3 more months but we will see. I think she is perfectly fine and she is just going to be little and petite. She looks just fine to me not so skinny not to chubby. The doctor wants me to take her in every 10 days to get weighted. So I have to wait until Monday to find out what the blood results say.

The doctor also said it's just fine that she doesn't have teeth just means that they will be that much better teeth when they do come in. Also he muscle tone and everything looks great so she will crawl in time. He keeps kidding me saying why do you want her to crawl anyways then you be chasing her and keeping her out of everything; which is true I don't want to but yet I worry why she isn't yet but it doesn't matter she is perfect to me and she will crawl when she is ready! She will move along the ground if she really wants to; but she is perfectly fine to just sit and play and mommy will bring her everything she needs!! :)

Tonight Kynlee and I went to our old ward church Christmas party it was a lot of fun. Kynlee got to see Santa and sit on his lap she didn't even cry she liked it! We are alone until Saturday Britton, his mom and sister went to Boise for college stuff.

Kynlee 9 months

Kynlee is 9 months old today! I took her to get a weight check cuz the doctor told me to do this every month cuz she has been so under weight. -Well not very good news she is 15 lbs 4 oz. She lost 6 ounces in a month. She is now under the 5 % for her age. The doctor has always been concerned about her weight and now he is really worried. She was in the 10% at 7 months then she went up to the 25% at 8 months cuz she gained a pound now she has dropped clear down to under the 5 % and he always said that 5 % is a worry and under the 5 % is a bigger worry so I am very worried about her. I didn't see the doctor today cuz they didn't have an opening but I have an appointment tomorrow morning so I can get her all checked out and find out what's going on with her.

Bought another house and found renters for our old one

Today we met with a lady to have her sign all the paper work including the deed to her house over to us. So now we own three houses. She is the same lady that we bought the house we are living in right now. She had two houses cuz she went through two divorces anyways she was in foreclosure with both the houses. We closed on the house we are living in now so we helped her; we saved her from going bankrupt and from having a foreclosure on her credit report. Now it's time to start with the other house, it's a fix and flip but I think we will just buy it and sell it to another investor and let them do the fixing :) it'll just depend not sure yet. It will take a few months to close on it too, cuz once again we have to deal with the banks... but I'm so excited our real estate investing is really taking off! We know it would in time, and once we bought one house a bunch more deals hit us so it'll be really busy buying and selling houses from now on!! YAY

Our house that we lived in before we moved to the new house. Well at first we put it for sale but then we decided we wanted to hold on to it and keep it away and just rent it out. We met with a guy last night that looked at it and he wants to rent it. He will give us the deposit and all that on Friday so YAY it is now being rented. No fun making two house payments so now we won't have to hopefully!!! Except when we buy more houses.
