Houses we are short selling

THE PICTURES ARE ALL MESSED UP I TRIED TO DO THE BEFORE'S FIRST AND THE AFTER'S SECOND BUT THE COMPUTER HAS A MIND OF ITSELF!


















We have been so busy lately this is what we have been up to. For those of you that don't know what we do Britton and I have our own business we buy and sell houses. We are attending a college Nouveua Riche that teaches us how to invest in real estate. We are short selling 3 houses. This is one of the houses we are short selling. It has been all cleaned and the BPO (value of home) has been done we have been working on it for a few months now I call the bank every other day and now it's finally ready to be sold. The bank took our offer and we are now selling it! It was listed for sale today with a Realtor. It was kinda a fix and flip for us, we cleaned it, shampooed carpets, painted, cleaned cleaned cleaned!!! It's a nice house now that we cleaned it all up! Can't wait to for it to sell!!!

Also today we had the bank send out a Realtor to give a value on one of the other houses we are doing. So it's right behind this one, we will be cleaning it and getting it ready to be put up for sale too. We have sent in our offer on this home too and we wait until the bank gets the BPO (value of home)then they will call us to accept our offer or if we have to work with them then we will be ready to get it ready to sell. Very busy exciting life!!!

Britton only works like around 2 days a week now. We are busy with our own business he doesn't go to work much anymore. After we get these three houses sold he will be able to quit completely and just invest. We are trying to decide where we want to move to! We are so very blessed for things to be working out for us!! We are very proud of ourselves I think we did a great job on this house!

Boise weekend trip

We went to Boise for the weekend it was a lot of fun. We went with our new friends Ryan and Jamie. We stayed in a motel all weekend. Britton, Ryan and Jamie did business stuff like classes and that kind of thing for our college Nouveau Riche. Kynlee and I went shopping and swimming. It was a lot of fun! They learned lots! Here are a few pictures!

KYNLEE AT THE DR


I took Kynlee to the doctor Monday for her 15 month check up. She got two shots. She weights 18 lbs and 10 oz that isn't on the charts and then she is 29 1/4 inches long that is 10%. She gained 2 ounces in one month. Doctor said she is growing with her own curve so as long as she keeps growing she is doing fine, which she is growing just slow but that's fine. Doctor said she is very healthy and smart doing just great!! He said she talks a lot for her age and actually uses some sentences with a few words. She runs and it's so cute. She loves the doctor and he is so good with her! I am so blessed to have a healthy smart baby girl!! She is such a good baby no one has a clue what good baby means I am lucky to have her! She still sleeps from 9pm-9pm or later. She has two naps a day and is just so happy and smiling all the time, she is so good to just play all day!! She loves to shop with mommy!!~ She loves to get her hair fixed and we can do piggies in the back of her head now!

KYNLEE AND PAIGE




We went camping with my family Friday-Sunday. It was a lot of fun, but it was cold and rainy most of the time! I don't get all this rain!! Kynlee had so much fun!! She is so smart I can't get over it! Everyone thinks their own kid is smart, but really she is:) I compare her to kids around her and she is so smart and does so many things for her age! Talk about a healthy kid too, Britton and I both have had colds and she never got it! She has had a runny nose but that's cuz she got 4 more teeth!! So they are almost all in and then she will have 8 teeth! She never gets sick, she sleeps so good I am so blessed and lucky to have her!! She is the best baby ever!!!

She talks a lot I try to keep track of all her new words but I don't know if I get them all cuz she says new words all the time she talks all the time and so good. She will ask me What's that and I'll tell her and then she says it I can't believe her! Everything that she doesn't already say is "What's that?"

She ate half of daddy's taco and loved that, she loved hot coco and she loves pop... she will say more to anyone that has something she wants to eat.

We went to Chili's for Father's Day dinner and she loved corn on the cob!!!

Kynlee

Kynlee was so sick of all her toys I went and bought her some new ones! She loves them for now... She is doing so many things and is so smart and getting so big! She loves shoes, she will put them on and walk around and go in the closet and get more out. She goes in the bathroom with me and she is so interested in it, I want to start potty training her soon cuz she is so smart and already knows when I say potty we head in there.

Kynlee and I went to Clearfield on Tuesday and stayed until Sunday night. My friend Alisa is on bed rest with her second pregnancy so we went to help her out! It was great we had a lot of fun!
