We just put this house up for sale tonight!
we own the deed to this house and we are working with the banks to short sale it, we put a sign in the front yard tonight to get this sold. I write letters everyday and we advertise a lot and people call us that want us to help them out! We are able to help these people the hubby has a lot of health problems and can't work and the wife is trying to work and pay bills on her own and they have two kids. So we are able to save them a foreclosure on their record cuz we are buying this home before it goes to auction. WE have made friends doing this and we are able to HELP them!!

We went to Ella's 3rd bday party at mcdonalds on the 26th it was fun!

Kynlee is getting too big too fast I don't like it, but she does get more and more fun each day! She makes funny noises with her lips when she is hungry and she will say good and yummy while she is eating. She says a lot of words and does a lot of things. Only 7 days until Kynlee's birthday!

I pushed Kynlee around in the laundry basket tonight she giggled so hard she loved this!


I am having problems finding a good sippy cup, most all of them leak or drip all over Kynlee when she drinks them. Any suggestions!?? Also I am having problems finding her diapers that don't leak, she leaks out of Huggies so bad all the time! Pampers gave her a bad rash which is weird cuz I have used them when she was younger, but I used swaddlers and these were baby dry, she also leaks out of luvs. I don't know what ones to try there really isn't anything left any suggestions??

Kynlee is so cute she waves hi and bye and she gives everything a hug and kiss (luvs) we tell her!! She gives really cute kisses to us too! She blows kisses with her hand too. She is so much fun and such a good baby!

This is Britton's new invention he loves it! Good thing I am a nice wife and we have a big house cuz this thing is huge!! Now he thinks he needs more guns!

My birthday

Today is my 24th Birthday! We are in Randolph and my mom bought me a cake and ice cream and we are all getting together to have it as a family! It'll be really nice. I got a lot of nice gifts, money from my in laws and sister in law Tori. Britton gave me a teddy bear, boom box, necklace, flowers, my mom gave me sunflowers, ped egg, two mom necklaces, a mom shirt, money, my sister Jaime gave me a bunko game, soap, room spray, my sister Teresa gave me a workout outfit, my sis in law brooke gave me sister plate thing and body spray, my other sister Ang gave me a pray sign. My firend Ashley gave me a candle, lotion, and finger nail polish. I have the greatest family thank you so much for making my birthday so special!!!

Kynlee now says mama I am so happy it's so cute! She no longer has a bottle she got rid of it she doesn't want it anymore. She puts her cell phone up to her ear and talks on it, it's very cute.

11 1/2 months

My baby Kynlee is 11 1/2 weeks old she will be one in less then two weeks!! I just can't believe it! She is crawling all over the place and in to everything. She is very close to walking also! She walks behind her stroller really well now! She is my joy; I love being her mommy and being able to stay home with her!!

We received a blessing today!! Our old house is now finally being rented out!~ I met with the renters they signed the paper work and lease and gave me the deposit and the March rent!!!! I am so excited it's a big load off our shoulders we have been paying two house payments!! Best part is that we still own the house and they are paying the payment for us and we get to have the house appreciate in value it's nice!

A lot has happened lately I have just been so busy to post all of it so I am posting it all on one day sorry about that, but I finally have a min to seat here and do it! I decorated Kynlee's bathroom so now it's so cute and girly just for her! I love it, I'm not that great at this kind of stuff but I think it's pretty cute. I got all the fun cute stuff at hobby lobby in Logan fun place!! I also get most my scrapbooking stuff there which I am so behind on.. My friend Tiffany comes over and we hang out and let Clover and Kynlee play they are 3 weeks apart so they have a fun time together! We finally got our hot tub moved to our new house so that's a pict of it in our back yard. Also Kynlee got a new car seat! A big girl seat I can't believe she isn't my baby anymore but my toddler daughter it's sad how fast she is growing up but she just gets more fun each day. She could stay in her other car seat until she is 22 lbs but I thought she was so tight in there that I moved her to this one that has a lot more room and yes I bought a tan color so it's netural for my other kids I had the police station inspect it and show me how to put it in my car they told me a lot of stuff I didn't know before; it was very helpful, It'll be a while before I can turn her around cuz she has to be 20lbs and she isn't close to that. They answered a lot of my ?'s and were so nice! They told me you can use carseats for 6 years so I was glad to know that cuz I heard 4 years but that's what they said! Mostly cuz the plastic gets so worn out in that amount of time that they recommand you get a new one after that. They also said it would be best to keep her rear facing as long as possible even after 20 lbs which makes since. They said the big thick coats and really puffy car seats are bad cuz if you are in a wreck the air that's in them gets pushed out of them and then the seat belt isn't very tight either which also makes since; also the middle is the safest place for them, but if you get hit head on then they don't have a seat blocking them, but if you get hit on the side then they are safer I guess it's just one of those things. I put her in the middle of my car, I totally need a bigger car I don't know how people do it with more then one kid in the back seat I have a big 4 door car but I still don't have much room, and the stroller is all that fits in my trunk...:) we are thinking about getting me a hemi dodge durango and that'll be awesome so hopefully soon we can do that! So anyways I learned a lot!!!! Kynlee walks really good behind her stroller it's cute, she crawls all over the place she has learned and is doing a lot more now! She is always so happy and smiling and giggling over something and always gibber jabbering it's so fun and cute!!

Kynlee's first Valentine's Day she had a blast opening her presents! She is getting practiced up for her first birthday which is coming up March 4th~

Thursday night the 12th Britton and a few of the elders at our ward surprised us wifes with a Valentine's dinner and dance it was so fun and cute of them! There was a band there and we danced and they announced "king and queen of the prom" it was so cute!! I am so lucky for my husband he is the sweetest guy you will ever meet! I also got a rose! Sometimes it's nice to just get one single rose! They just die anyways!!!! They served us dinner, cider and then desert cheese cake and we danced the night away it was so fun to get to meet new couples in our ward, there wasn't too many of us there so it was really nice. We left Kynlee with a babysitter and just had a blast. I love my family!! Happy Valentine's day everyone!

Kynlee is 11 months old today! I can't believe it and I want to cry! I got her weighted and she is 17 lbs 5 oz. She gained 14 oz in 3 weeks so that's good!
